The Business CoPilot
Keeping you on the business "flight" plan.
We are a Bristol based Sales and Marketing consultancy practice that helps organisations to grow.
We work with senior managers and senior management teams to keep them on the business “flight” plan and enhance revenue and profits.
We ensure the Sales Plan is both practical and achievable. We use a variety of skills, tools and techniques to break down barriers, build relationships and add value.
We help them to set clear objectives and goals and then work alongside the team members to move them along the agreed plan.
How Does It Work?
Over the years, we have developed a very straightforward way of working together. The basics are set out below:
1. Meet with the Business CoPilot for an exploratory meeting to see how well we can work together.
2. We discuss and confirm an agreed outline based on:
- Clear objectives.
- Goals of the collaboration between us.
- What Issues will we address.
- Our expectations and how we will make the most of the engagement.
- Timing and fees.
3. We sign a simply worded contract and we then set up the first formal meeting.
4. At the first formal meeting the Business CoPilot gets to understand:
- What makes you tick.
- Your business issues that make growth happen and hinder growth.
- What needs to be done – what is important and what is urgent.
- We draft an action plan or Activity List along with an outline agenda of how, when and what you are going to be working on.
5. We meet to review and update the Activity List on a monthly basis. We will also talk on the phone and use email to keep the communication channel open.
