  3. Performance

These are subdivided further into fifteen sub-headings for each of these three prime categories above.

We have created a checklist of these attributes for you to assess your capabilities. You can complete the checklist to score your abilities from strong through average to weak.

You can also ask your senior management team to complete the assessment and then compare their views with yours.

Reviewing the outputs from the checklists will highlight those areas of the business that need urgent attention and those that are working well.
