On-Site Evaluation & Discussion
We start with a rigorous evaluation of your business
To identify fully all the issues, we undertake an on-site evaluation.
This often comprises of a series of unstructured interviews with Senior Management and key members of the team to understand the real-life challenges found within your business.
Writing the Business Plan
After the on-site evaluation, we meet with you for half a day where we set out the recommended business plan.
If the plan is agreed, we can also present this to the entire team or the SMT as you see fit.
Implementation
This is the hard part. But you don’t need to do all the hard work alone.
You can have an understanding and experienced listening ear on the outside looking in and offering practical advice and support as you go.
