What to expect from this first session

Before the session starts, I will send you a brief questionnaire which you will need to fill in and return to me. It ensures we make the most out of our tiem together and also gets you started on your journey. You only fill in as much or as little as you’re comfortable with, and all information is of course 100% confidential.

The session itself will be on Zoom (or on the phone if you prefer) and will last between 30 and 45 minutes. We’ll focus on one specific challenge or issue and see if you can come up with a short action plan, so that you will experience for yourself what it’s like to be coached by me.

After that, I will be able to recommend a course of action for you and we can decide whether you want to go ahead with me or not.

There really won’t be any pressure to sign up, as I believe that you will know when it’s right for you, and no amount of pressure from me should make any difference.

If you do decide to work with me, we’ll arrange a date and time for the first session and take it from there.
